Wildflower Woods offers an outdoor venue for weddings and events. If the weather is favorable, ceremonies and receptions can be held in the open air of the meadow or the woods. If the forecast calls for rain, we will have a large 40x80ft tent set up just outside the woods (if the weather is questionable, you can wait until the morning of your event to decide which location(s) you would like).

Renting our property for your event includes:

• Access to our property for 13 hours (must be done by 12am)
• Access to 2 separate getting-ready spaces for the couple and wedding party (morning until ceremony start)
• Restrooms for guests
• Open-air and tent-covered ceremony and reception options
• 40x80 ft tent with an artificial turf floor 
• 2 grapevine chandeliers in the tent
• Bistro lighting throughout the property
• Seasonal wildflower lane leading to the meadow
• 200 wooden folding chairs
• 25 wooden reception tables (8 ft long)
• 5 high top cocktail tables
• ​Rustic wooden bar
• Outdoor parking
• ​Golf cart shuttle for guests with mobility restrictions
• Endless breathtaking landscape for photos
• Day-of coordinating for vendors
• Wide array of decorations included (see gallery)
• ​Optional china dish rental

Additionally, we offer farm-to-wedding floral services, wedding coordinating, and wedding planning services that can be added to your rental to make your big day even more beautiful!
